I’ve been doing a post-natal exercise class with Micaela and some other mums and it’s been so beneficial. I didn’t have any significant issues post-birth however being my second baby and having breastfed both, this class has helped with my core strength to help my back, and provided better techniques and exercises for lifting/carrying babies and kids. I’m sure my pelvic floor has benefited significantly too!

I did pre-natal classes with Micky, which helped me with confidence about what my pregnant body could safely do and kept me fit during pregnancy. I worked up to 38 weeks and felt amazing. I’ve now continued on with Micky with a post-natal assessment and post-natal classes which are tailored to my individual needs. It’s also been great to connect with other local new Mums.
